   We recently instructed Mr Raja of Britannia Solicitors to purchase an auction property. The service standard and attention we received was nothing short of a gold standard. It was imperative to act promptly as the hammer fell in mid-December, and the completion date was in the first week of January, straight after the Christmas holidays. Mr Raja understood the need to act promptly and completed the purchase on time. Even after completing the matter, Mr Raja liaised extensively with the freeholder and management company to save us from the extreme incompetence of the management company. Another advantage dealing with solicitor is that he speaks and understands English, Urdu and Punjabi very well. The fee is same like other London based solicitors but customer service and personal attention is 1000 times better than others.
