Had good experience dealing with Avery Emerson on an issue. The initial advise to dealing with case matter was all done professionally. Mostly communicated through Trainee solicitor Talha Khan for queries/updates etc over phone who was also very professional, respectful and responsive.
A truly awful law firm. Sukhjit runs a one man band law firm and will pass your files to very junior and novice law graduates, but then charges you London fees. His invoices are intentionally unclear to confuse the clients and once you are trapped in the matter, the costs keep spiralling. I urge anyone thinking to instruct this firm to have a look at Glassdoor Reviews. Sukhjit is a nasty man and highly narcissistic. Pay a bit more and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I recently used Avery Emerson for some legal work and must say the service was absolutely fantastic, there were friendly, efficient, good value for money and really knew their stuff. I would definitely recommend them 110% and they will be my go to legal firm from now on. They took the time to really understand my situation and gave me great impartial advice, I wish more legal firms could have the level of ethics that they do.
