   I would like to start with truly gratefulness to Morgan Hill Solicitors, especially Adeel, took on our immigration matter without charging us any fee, at a time when we genuinely could not afford legal help. We applied for a Visit Visa ourselves without any help as we could not afford legal fee, but unfortunately it was refused by the Home Office. Our son then contacted Morgan Hill Solicitors to ask for advice. He explained that he could not afford legal fees at that time, but it was very important for us to visit and spend some special time with our son and his family. What truly touched us was that Morgan Hill Solicitors chose to help us without charging anything. They supported us simply out of kindness and understanding of our situation. They prepared a detailed Pre-Action Protocol letter to the Home Office, setting out new grounds, pointing out errors in the decision and adding extra information for the Home Office to reconsider. All of this work was done completely free of charge, on a pro bono basis, because we were struggling financially. The service from the whole team, especially from Mr Adeel, was exceptional. At no point did we feel that we were being treated differently because we were not paying. The support, communication and respect we received throughout the process were outstanding. We are deeply grateful to Mr Adeel and the entire Morgan Hill team for their kindness, humility and professionalism. They helped us when we needed it most, simply out of humanity, and we will always remember that.

   Honestly, this place and especially Mr Adeel was a total nightmare to deal with. I paid £1,200 back in may and trusted them with my case, and they basically did nothing Every time I asked what was going on, I just got excuses that I have personal problems that’s why didn’t reply you for months. Firstly for payment he agreed for instalments and then threatened me that I will send debt collectors Mr Adeel will always made fake promises in start about payments and then will scam you and made you sign a complete wrong contract where it’s clearly mentioned if you want to proceed or not you must pay all money even if you not satisfied anyways I paid the money and got rid of them. And especially Mr Adeel will treat you like a servant not client he know only thing is to argue with his own clients very manipulative. literally night before my interview, Mr Adeel suddenly tells me he can’t add more evidence because he need to open bundle again. If he had started working on my case earlier and actually checked what was needed, I could’ve given him everything on time. Instead, he said it would “take too long” to reopen my bundle — after I paid him for that exact job and I gave him the case five months ago and he started working on it night before my hearing. The whole thing unprofessional and honestly I felt taken advantage of. They talk big because they’re lawyers, but the work doesn’t match the money or the promises at all. This was my experience, and I personally wouldn’t trust them again. Be careful from Scammers I walked away feeling like I’d been totally let down and ripped off. One more thing now they gonna threaten me same as other people feedback replies but I don’t care I am giving my honest feedback what i experienced.
