   I cannot believe such a reputable name has such poor service. I would never use them again and would highly recommend anyone reading this thinks twice about it and looks elsewhere. Worst experience ever dealing with my father’s life insurance payout following the bereavement. Full of empty promises, missing their own SLA’s, terrible communication. Nothing ever gets done unless you chase them. They promise follow up emails and talk the talk but never back it up. Use one of the other big mutuals / firms in the area (Wes or NFU) would be my advice. A shame as some of the people I spoke to seemed quite nice, but it’s all lip service. They never follow up on anything they promise, despite saying it’s been escalated a number of times, and you receive no communication about it. Just the worst experience in what was already a very difficult time.

   Unable to contact them via email or social media regarding sending letters to an incorrect address. They clearly have zero care for GDPR, or anyone other than policy holders getting in touch. Disappointed in the lack of service

   I completed my Close Protection L3 course with Phoenix Group. At first impression I was impressed with the whole set up, from delivery of training, facilities and assets used, to the dedicated, experienced instructors that spent every waking minute supporting the recruits throughout the course. A series of live exercises that are conducted during the course of the training gave the recruits a realistic but challenging insight to best prepare you for what the job will entail, all amounting to the final exercise with live principles. In all, I was blown away with the whole course from start to finish, although particularly challenging at times, I felt that I walk away with a wealth of knowledge and made solidified my decision in my new chosen career path, I would highly recommend anybody looking to transition into this sector to start with Phoenix.

   Iv been working at Phoenix it's been few months I was given a permanent contract on 27 of June its August the second they haven't still payed me I spoke to the HR they have been no help at all is there anyone above who I can complain to about this matter ? Thank you

   We have issue with a historical land charge with Phoenix life’s name on the charge the house is paid for but my parents can not move until till this is resolved Phoenix have no records for this but no one we have contacted at the Phoenix is willing to take ownership we just get passed over to someone else and so on very frustrating.
