   The website is very misleading as I understood that they wanted old second hand furniture for the homeless! After explaining online that I had 2 old serviceable leather sofas with fire labels I had 2 men come around and said that they were too old and they couldn’t sell them. I explained they still had life in them but they were not interested. Perhaps they wanted the new sofa that coming from DFS!! Complete waste of time.

   Why buy brand new furniture? Here is a store that helps, not only people who find themselves homeless, it helps save our precious planet by reducing our carbon footprint. I have basically furnished my house from here, saved tons of money and the delivery guys are the BEST!

   I definitely wouldn't waste time and effort for this place. They start off being nice and polite when booking in a collection but then all negative experience from then on! Rude drivers that clearly cant be bothered to collect any items that are potentially too heavy (wooden dining table). They seem to expect brand new furniture wrapped in bubble wrap and still boxed from the factory! The furniture we had was in mint condition as it came from a home of a single older man who barely used any of it. No scratches, marks or scuffs at all! They are meant to be selling furniture to people who can not afford brand new - yet they expect brand new donations!!! The drivers were very rude over the phone and face to face!
