   Quality has gone seriously downhill. Bought a 4 seater Lok sofa with Jubilee fabric in November and, while it looks great: 1. Cushions are a bit thin, soft and not very supportive. It’s just not a comfortable sofa. 2. Fabric is already bobbling up - after two months! Had a corner sofa in Jubilee fabric years ago and it was very comfortable and the fabric super durable. Four years on, it looked barely worn. Very disappointing.

   Bought a sofa from these guys a couple years ago but decided to extend it recently. When I got in touch with them via email, they were very quick to respond and were helpful in sorting out my new order as I couldn’t figure it out on the website. Delivery was crazy fast and they went above and beyond to ensure my sofa was set up properly. Very grateful for their assistance, thoroughly recommend for both the beautiful, practical sofas and the amazing customer service!

   Paid the showroom visit back in late October. Lady there was very helpful. I bought these for my holiday let where the space is very limited. For the price I'm very very impressed with the quality and the comfort. I'm also quite pleased that you can take the covers off and washed them and there are also spares available too.

   Excellent sofa. Didn't realise that it was completely flat pack but as you can see from the photos it was extremely easy to put together. Also was very happy that they delivered within a couple days of the order!

   We ordered a 2.5 seater sofa which arrived very well packed and no missing items. We used the paper instructions in conjunction with the youtube video, which made assembly very simple and easy. We ordered a spare set of covers (just in case of accidents), and so far, we are very pleased. A great product for anyone who has limited access.

   We ordered our sofas after the first lockdown and was given a date which was about 4-5 weeks later, we did the design your own sofa, a 2 seater and a 2 seater sofa bed. They were put together by us with some ease (1 or 2 bits slightly more tricky). We also ordered the spray protector which they actually forgot to send us, so I sent them an email. They replied back on the same day and the spray was sent out and received about 2 days later. We also had a slight problem with one of the cushion covers which had come apart at the seam when putting in the board, so again I emailed them just to inform them they this had happened, 2 days later after an apologetic email we received a new cover. Their customer service has been excellent and they have even sent us a follow up email 2months later to ensure that we are still happy. We have used the sofa bed ourselves over 3 nights and although I probably wouldn’t want to sleep in it permanently it was very comfortable and very sturdy. We bought the soft seating for the normal sofa which is ok but the cushions are that thick you don’t really need it, and we actually prefer to sit on the standard seating that’s on the sofa bed. These sofas have also been cat approved as both my cats love sleeping on the sofas when we’re not around hogging it ourselves.

   We bought a Nabru sofa back in 2013 and were impressed then, and recently decided we wanted to get another. I was a bit concerned when I saw some of the negative reviews on here, wondering if the company had gone downhill since we last bought from them! But I needn't have worried - our new sofa was delivered perfectly on time, two working days after we had ordered it. We paid extra for assembly this time and I'm so glad we did - the delivery guy was very friendly and he expertly assembled the large corner sofa in just 30 minutes! We love our new sofa, it looks fab and very comfy. Thank you Nabru!
