I am a returning customer to Oak furniture land and have bought a dining table from them before, however this time I went with my family to purchase some sofas. I was approached by a lovely gentleman named Cian which was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for quality furniture.
Joe was the best! We were warmly welcomed by Joe the second we walked into the Ruislip store. Having spotted the sofa we were looking at online, Joe was full of knowledge re. materials, measurements, durability, advice on desired comfort, the modular aspects, etc. Joe was great at showing us other sofas that might be of interest, to ensure we'd looked around a little to make sure we weren't set too soon on our initial decision. From then on Joe made what could have been a boring process of paperwork, very quick, efficient and light hearted. He asked all the right questions and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. All in all a great, friendly, thoughtful and informative salesman - we were in and out the store in no time, very happy with our purchase. Thanks Joe!
Very helpful today to get a chair for my mother and knowledgeable. A nice range of chairs and tables throughout and amazing prices on the sales, the in store stock was perfect today. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable chair
Negative experience due to very rude behaviour from the manager (Shaz), who had a 180-degree personality change after making the sale. He became actively and unnecessarily hostile after we mentioned that we would pick up the ex-display items we purchased immediately - which we had communicated before the transaction and didn't think would be a problem. This was the first time a customer facing person has talked over me with terms such as "I don't care what you think, I'm the manager!" and disputed what was said during a "friendly" conversation that happened 3 minutes earlier. The rest of the team were extremely polite (and deserve to work under a better manager), but I will not be returning here.
Great Oak furniture collection!! The furniture looks great and they’ve got some modern sets. The sofas were comfy and reasonably priced. The furniture was heavy looking and build to last. Overall it was a great place to get some furniture inspiration and home ideas if you’re a new home owner.
Spent just over 2K here but was never happier to do so as I know that the furniture is all up to the standard that I would expect for that price. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable on their products and easy to speak to about any troubles regarding delivery and styles. Would definitely come back here if buying any more robust and stylish furniture. Good selection. Can't recommend these guys enough for their range. Not too much of a fan of the wardrobe styles but that's my own personal preference than a problem.
I needed a power reclining armchair and found one that looked suitable on the web. Upon viewing and sitting in it, the photos didn't do it justice. The build quality was sturdy and the leather stitching was immaculate. The staff member (I can't recall her name) was extremely helpful and not "pushy", I was left to examine and try out alternatives at my leisure. I went back to the original recliner and tried it again and while laying back in a relaxed state, realised that there may be "scuffles" with my wife and daughter over access to the new armchair. I decided to also buy the 3 seater matching reclining sofa; that should keep everyone amicable.
Absolutely fantastic Experience I've visited yesterday OFL Ruislip, with my family Mr W***** Malik was very professional and so helpful, I've made my purchase with him and I must say receiving a welcoming customer service with smile and reassurance makes you comfortable in shopping what we received from Mr Malik from the point we entered the store, I usually wait for my delivery before writing my review but in this case I just wanted to share our Experience in store. Thank you Mr Malik for the wonderful experience and the for helping with the recliner sofa. Happy with customer service In store just hope now everything else goes well.
Great service, customer care, on time delivery, finance available. Christopher was very patient, knowledgable, polite, explained everything in details and made me feel important as a customer as he was listening to what I needed the most! So patient that helped me even when my daughter had a massive tantrum in the shop. One proud mama and satisfied customer here!
Great store with really good staff, got an excellent deal on a couple of bedroom suites and a sofa and chair. All staff couldn't be more helpful, and our salesman Malik was completely non pushy and extremely helpful post purchase! Bedroom furniture is really solid wood everywhere and well built, although recliner is a bit creaky.
