   Huge store with many comfortable sofas chairs and beds. A lot of the new sofas come also have a full comfort system built with massage and heat functions as well as tilt and move functions. A great place for inspirations and to test sofas, looked at some today to help with back pains and was pleasantly impressed with the in store stock. The hot drink machine is a win too:)

   We went to the South Ruislip branch on 2nd Jan 2023. We were interested in sofas for 2 rooms. We found what we liked. Firstly the store was very tidy and clean. Sonia serviced us. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything slowly and had ample knowledge of the items we were interested in. I would highly recommend Sonia if anyone needs any advice. Oh and the hot chocolate is delicious!!!

   Furniture village is the worst furniture store I have ever bought from. They manufacture and deliver poor quality items, which are then assembled in your home with significant issues. Their items aren’t worth even half of what you pay, and their customer service is shocking. They treat like idiots on the phone. Will never buy here again. Don’t bother responding to this furniture village polite review responder because it’s not worth my time or effort, I’ve had enough of dealing with you for a lifetime and you won’t help regardless because you’re all useless!!

   Awful quality leather sofa. Paid nearly £3000 for Missouri 3 & 2 Seater Leather Power Recliner Sofa (Plus £280 for insurance) which did not even lasted 6 months. We have our sofa delivered just before Christmas and the leather started peeling off in July which report to Furniture Village and the insurance company. The top layer of leather is peeling off for both sofas. Our old leather sofa lasted for years. Really bad leather quality. I expect leather to last longer. Furniture Village refused to replace or repair the sofa even though it is still under the so-called warranty. Furniture Village is highly not recommended. Really poor after-sale service. In the store, the sales team will make you believe every leather sofa is made of real leather but in reality, it's not. I was asked by Furniture Village to provide the order details which I did but nothing happened. I am taking them to small claim court and consumer court.
