I arrived at 12:24 PM on December 24 and found the place already closing the metal gate, even though the posted closing time is 5:00 PM. I asked for a quick look, but the staff refused. I came from far away and had a child with me, so this was very disappointing and unprofessional. Waiting 10 more minutes not a big problem.
Excellent service from Trinity. I sent photos of my furniture in advance . On the allocated day they called 30 mins in advance of arrival. Ross & Chris were friendly , polite and removed the furniture with ease. I would highly recommend.
Abysmal so-called charity. I contacted them via their website saying I had a mint condition, beech effect desk and a HP printer to donate to them. Someone from their joke set-up contacted my elderly dad to ask him to send a photo of the desk via his non-existent smartphone (apparently, everyone has a smartphone and tech abilities to do this, of course) I instead emailed them with photos of the desk and NOT ONE WORD SINCE from them in interest. It is a disgusting way to treat people who want to donate in all good faith. We will give our goods to a charity that wants and appreciates them.
The trinity team came to drop off a table and bed and it was a fantastic job done by them and the manager himself was doing delivery's for customers as well. The staff who came to drop off my items were very helpful and great customer service. I would recommend them for sure. Thanks trinity hayes.
Lovely shop. Always weekly to purchase furnitures for my children’s home AB’s furnitures are always in good quality. I really get help from sunny shop manger is always ready to help and polite and respectful.

Rang to arrange for furniture to be looked at and collected x the gentleman on phone was lovley. One of the three guys that came was absolutely awful so rude he refused to take soda without me saying why x his general attitude was absolutely awful so rude. The way he spoke to his colleagues and left alot to be desired.
Absolutely atrocious driver. I organised to have two leather sofas in good condition collected. The driver who turned up was rude lazy arrogant and does not deserve to have that job. He was so rude my husband chucked him out. I called the shop and the manager was not interested. Give your donations to other deserving charities and don't put yourself in the position of having to deal with this rude obnoxious neanderthal.
Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Mark and Sunny on the phone we’re both very professional .. come to us on two consecutive weeks to collect furniture. The second time the wardrobes needed dismantling and they did that for us. Brilliant service, so grateful to them for removing them and that they can do a good turn for someone else alongside raising money for a very deserving charity.
