   Excellent customer service from Sabina, who works in the Kingston-upon-Thames store. We purchased a couple of sofas in the sale, namely the Salamanca and Modena. Extremely comfortable and fantastic quality. Highly recommended.

   We placed an order early March, which we expected to arrive by early July. We inquired about an earlier delivery, but were told that it wasn't possible. We received a call about the order arriving on July 2, and we settled the bill. However, right after payment, we were informed that three stools couldn't be delivered due to missing fabric, and now we have to wait until the end of September. There has been no follow-up regarding the status of the stock arrival, and when I contacted customer service, I only received generic responses that didn't address my concerns. I also learned that other countries using Bo concept have never experienced fabric shortages, which raises questions about why we have to wait another three months. It seems our order was not placed correctly. If the fabric is unavailable, I would appreciate communication from headquarters to clarify the situation, rather than evading my email inquiries. Never answer the questions. Shift responsibility to others and only make you to follow their plan. Wait almost 7 months for a stool, why I have to use Bo Concept?!!!

   We are delighted with the sofa we bought from BoConcept. Sabena (Fenwick's in Kingston) did a marvellous job of helping us design the furniture we wanted for the space. We went to her before our extension was even built and with her design skills and software she was able to help us envisage the final result. Sabena was incredibly patient and kind (we are terrible at making decisions!) and showed us loads of different options and fabrics, but gently guided us towards making a good choice: she has a really good eye for design and a great ear for listening to us and finding out what we needed/wanted. After the order, Sabena kept in touch and informed about delivery etc. The sofa was delivered this week: it fits perfectly and suits the space. It is large, comfortable and incredible quality. Looking forward to enjoying many afternoon naps on it in the future!

   Sabina in Kingston was terrific - she took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve, moving into a brand new apartment, a blank canvass. She mocked up the apartment on her screen and came up with a number of ideas we would never have considered. She gave us the time to consider it and answered all our questions. Sabina came over on delivery day to ensure everything went to plan. A true professional who really understands her customer … a pleasure to deal with and I would absolutely recommend. Thank you!
