If only all companies took a leaf out of The Painted Furniture Company’s book. Easy to deal with and always responsive to communications, the team ensured the whole process was extremely straightforward. And we haven’t even mentioned the furniture itself which is not only rather handsome but clearly constructed to a very high standard. Aftercare is equally good. A small blemish on one of the items has already been rectified less than three days after delivery. Highly recommended.
We used The Painted Furniture Company to build a bespoke Dresser for our Kitchen. From start to finish we found them to be so easy to deal with, responsive and with very clear questions and answers to ensure that we got exactly what we needed. We even sent them our own handles that we wanted them to use as they matched our kitchen. The build quality once received was truly excellent. It was exactly as we had envisioned. What we really loved also was that the two man delivery team were very friendly and polite. They put it together in no time and took any packaging away so we were left with our beautiful dresser. Would highly recommend as its not often i have to say in the UK that i get such a service

The Painted Furniture Company enables bespoke sizes of their products at a very reasonable additional cost, and so we were able to get a chest of drawers made to fit perfectly under our loft eaves. An extensive choice of colours gives the opportunity for a lovely set of matching drawers that become a feature in the room.

I thought it would be a daunting experience to select furniture after many years with my previous furniture.....so many lovely styles to select from.....and choice of paint colours...... Callum was on hand to show the furniture to me, discuss colour choices and advise on delivery times..... cannot fault your service, cannot fault your delivery team and cannot fault the quality of my lovely new furniture. Nice looking furniture and efficient delivery. Sadly the drawers have an unexpected rustic finish which aren’t smooth or suitable for clothes. So we had to sand and seal them all ourselves!! Beware! Such a shame.
They provided a low wardrobe that was amended slightly to my specifications for a small increase. It looks lovely and is clearly made to a high standard - I'm very satisfied. The only negative is that I think the standard delivery charge should include moving the item to the desired place in the property if it's on ground floor and lifting the item on its base.
We purchased a double wardrobe from The Painted Furniture Co. We chose this company because of the range of items to select from and the options to personalise. The wardrobe was easy to order and was ready much sooner than the predicted delivery time. We paid for the assembly service, which was worth every penny. The two gentleman doing the delivery and assembly were brilliant - skilled, friendly, efficient, tidy. And now all I have to do is buy more clothes to fill the wardrobe. Hi Callum Just to say thank you for the delivery of a beautiful item of furniture last week. I am so pleased with it and the service I have received. I was also very impressed with the delivery and assembly team and have sent the following feedback to Jason. Apologies for taking a week to get back to you but I wanted to thank you and your team for the excellent delivery service I received. Ian and Steve delivered a very heavy dresser without complaint (they have to get it inside a courtyard as our house does not face a road) then through a difficult turn in the hall and into our lounge. They assembled it, showed us how to use the "plugs" to change the level of shelves, helped us by putting the pads we had on the base so it doesn't scratch our laminate floor and just had a generally helpful and cheerful disposition. Please thank them and pass on my comments to the shop. The dresser looks absolutely stunning and everyone who has been in our house has been drawn to this. I am so please with it and it has now been designated a family heirloom for my sons to fight over one day. Kind regards Iris Inglis
