   We have just purchased a very beautiful sofa from BoConcept and the Guildford store was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially sales person Nicole who gave us undivided attention, had a warm gentle manner and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Buying a large piece of furniture is a big decision and she helped us hugely especially with the challenging process of process of choosing the right fabric for us and our home. Highly recommend Nicole and her colleagues at BoConcept. I have my eye on some other pieces and won't hesitate to go back.

Niveditha worked up our room dimensions which made it much easier to see how the sofas would work in the space. She added a few other elements to help show us what the final design would look like.    Excellent service from Alejandra, as always. The store is a lovely environment to shop in, peaceful and not overwhelming (as is often the case in larger furniture shops). Alejandra was on hand to offer helpful advice to us, but allowed us the time to browse and think about our decision. We were very happy to purchase our new sofa that day and we can’t wait to have it at home. Thank you Alejandra for all your help and excellent customer service.

   We were looking for some new furniture for our flat and Nicole has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Really professional and she made everything so easy, as if she read our mind! The service included was to a really high standard and felt very personal. Nicole ensured we were happy with her suggestions and gave helpful advise on what would go well with our flat. The design she came up with in the end was exactly what we had imagined and hoped for. My partner and I were both so impressed and very fortunate to work together with her on our first flat.

   The designer is very professional and cares to details. She makes use all good space in the room and delivers the most practical design with great comfort! I am very happy of the whole design of my open living/dining room and materials chosen. Outstanding assembly services provided! Most furniture are in high standard with top quality, except the Granada table. After two months of waiting, the Granada table came with faults where the extension isn’t working and the top table finish looks poor. Bo concept has been dealing with the above issue promptly and informed me the replacement of the top part of the table of which stock will be available in two to three weeks time.

   From the moment we walked into the Guildford showroom three weeks ago, to when we placed our order yesterday, we had the pleasure of being looked after by Alejandra Rangel. She immediately put us at ease and did not try to sell us anything- never felt under pressure to buy anything at any stage - and yet, we felt we wanted to engage and buy BO products as she was so knowledgeable, approachable, professional and friendly. Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. Using her experience and knowledge allowed Alejandra to help us with dimensions, best fit, best material too - the fact we ended up buying a smaller sofa than we originally wanted by showing us what we would end up with using the excellent in-house technology, speaks volumes for her skills and integrity. She managed to be tenacious enough to show she cared and not too aggressive to be off putting - a great skill to have. Her passion for the products, the company and doing a first class job shone through. Having visited several BO stores over the past six months, Alejandra was the sole reason that we finally concluded a purchase. Excellent interaction and all round experience. Thank you

We visited their store a few times and always found their service to be excellent. The design and sales assistants have always been very helpful and attentive.
