I received great service from Mo the store manager he helped me find the perfect mattress and gave me the space and time to choose from the ones the system and he recommended. We recently visited the Hayes Branch, I initially thought it had closed down as all other shops there have closed. From my call to actual visit customer service was 5 star. Gentleman who answered call was very helpful and friendly. Prince served us at the store to help us find perfect mattress and pillow for him, he also suggested I try the sleep bed to find perfect mattress, i must say the mattresses recommended were so comfortable , having recently purchased a mattress I will seriously consider an upgrade. We were offered tea coffee a few times . We chose the recycling service and looking forward to mattress being delivered on Wednesday and to our surprise Prince called today to say my son can pick up a free duvet anytime. Lovely surprise. Great service, not surprised Dreams is still thriving in a retail park where all other stores are closed.
It was an amazing experience shopping with Dreams at hayes store. The syaff member Mr. Kishan is well organized and experienced person. He love to help customer, he is very polite, calm and a gentleman. I appreciate his way of working and answering the customer's questions upto the satisfaction.
After checking so many online mattresses and reading opinion I decide to check in shop. Prince was looking after us. We used many options. Check the machine for matching mattress and finally i choose one. Delivery was great. Unfortunately we had to change date for delivery and was no problem to do that. I just love my mattress. In the evening I am just looking reason to go earlier to bed, eg reading book.
I visited the ‘Dreams’, store in Hayes and the customer service was exceptional. When you go ask for ‘Bobby’, she is friendly and very knowledgeable on all products. I can’t thank her enough for helping me to choose a good mattress and pillow and it was good value for money as well. I spent less than I expected. Thank you ‘Bobby’ !!
Mattress lost all it's firmness within 18 months and dispite having the extended cover they refuse replace it. Extended cover is a waste of money, don't get it. In fact just don't go back to Dreams.
Great experience here at Dreams Hayes - a very friendly sales advisor, Umar Ali talked us through all the specs of each style of bed leaving us with lots of choices and helped us find the right bed for our requirements. He was very patient, kind and friendly and gave us a lot of advice. We left the shop having bought the bed of our dreams and we are so excited to move into our new place together all thanks to his help!
