Good afternoon I would like to raise a complaint regarding the order number 2088ad414. Firstly we recieved an email to expect our delivery which the email was dated 30/11/25, ten days later no communication so called and was offered a delivery of 23rd December. Upon delivery the installers had the item as miscellaneous item with a 5 minute window slot, only to find out they had 4 out of 5 boxes, meaning one item missing After my wife rang the customer helpline she was offered a delivery of 30th of december which isnt and wasnt acceptable as the missing piece wasnt in the warehouse, I then called and spoke to a lady called "T######" and she confirmed to myself that we would have delivery on the 27th but failed to send a confirmation email or text. 27th December arrives and we recieved a delivery text confirming 10:17 -13:17, low and behold the time went and no delivery was made. I had to call up the helpline and got through to again "Tr########e" who informed me that "E######" was just about to call me at the time which was 15:08! Due to a system error our delivery of the missing piece ment we are still left without a complete sofa as we are still missing a piece. The next available delivery was now promised 30/12 meaning another day off work will be needed to wait in for the delivery to be failed, u have zero faith in the delivery company and organisation of ensuring we will have our sofa completed by 2026! Despite being promised when we purchased it would be delivered on and installed prior Christmas. I feel due to this shocking and frankly aweful service we are due compensation or something due to the above issues, there will be feedback left on all social media platforms where possible stating the shocking service received. I will await a prompt response into this matter and I will visit the purchased store to make this issue known in person.

The sales experience is fun and the people know what the customers like. After sales care service is poor quality though, which is even more important than the sale. Customers can't return things despite the company having a 14 day return policy and they messed up my mom's order so she has had to wait another 9 days for her table to be delivered, and not on the date they promised. They won't support her with returning an item she still wants to get in a smaller version or help her to get the table they sold her on time, but they did a great job selling it to her and convincing her it was a great buy. Great place to buy furnitures essentials for your house! I highly recommend executive Fal in FVW, as she has a background in interior design which really helped me assess different options. We are happy customers and if you are lucky to get her or Veera as your executives, you will be lucky to get a pleasant experience in Watford office. Other than that, Furniture Village has lot of options to select and even though price is a bit high, it has got its benefits.

Furniture Village had exactly what we have been looking for in dinning room chairs. Nina, the sales person who served us, was super helpful, friendly and not at all pushy (like some sales people we have come across). The end to end experience was great. Only wish we could have the chairs sooner, but he lee time of 3 months seems relatively consistent with other furniture companies we have dealt with in the past. So looking forwarded to getting our new chairs. Thanks Nina :)

Great service from Mike yesterday & today. We were looking at purchasing 2 leather sofas for our new home. Mike was very knowledgeable and patient. We had quite a few questions and were keen to try several sofas, Mike took us around to show us different ones and give us some information about them. We needed to go home and measure up and returned today where again Mike was most helpful. We then purchased two lovely leather power recliner sofas! They will arrive before Christmas too! Really happy with service and would recommend. We also purchased a double bed for our daughter and was served by Latha who was also very helpful despite looking after other customers at the same time. Latha was knowledgeable and friendly, offering advice. Great service received this weekend.

We had a wonderful experience with Nina, she was so helpful, attentive and friendly. She had a smiley bubbly character and went above and beyond to help us. I bought a sofa bed 14 Oct at Furniture Village Watford. I was served by Nina. What a lovely experience. I can honestly say best customer experience I have ever had ! She was so knowledgeable and boy did we have questions galore. There was nothing she didn't immediately find out and confirm. There was no sales push no pressure she simply showed us exactly what we wanted to see explained our options. She patiently waited or discreetly walked away while we were discussing options. We took up a lot of her time ! She also showed us tables and chairs we were interested in. She always had facts and figures at her finger tips and helpful suggestions of her own. It was a pleasure to spend time with her. I felt she was invested in our purchase in the best possible way. We walked away to think some more and came back happy to purchase and again Nina was patient going through all the options we chose. It's not often you experience an effective professional who is also naturally provides such a high level of a pleasantly personal experience from the one person. So nice to meet you Nina. Thank you.
