Sofa itself is good but the store is terrible. Sofa was over a month late and when talking with the store they basically say it’s tough luck. Bad communication. One day they update and say it’s on time then next week it’s updated as being late. Extremely disappointed and advise others to stay clear unless you don’t want a sofa for 4 months

Please do not buy furniture from this company. Read the other reviews. A faulty sofa (the recline function did not work) was delivered to my eldery parents house. My parents told the private delivery company that they did not want the sofa. The delivery company told my parents that that was not possible. My parents spoke to Lila at Fabb Furniture in the Watford Branch and they effectively forced my parents to have a repair. They pushed this option onto my parents even though they asked for a refund. I have spoken to the Manager at Fabb Furniture Watford branch (Russell) today who was very unsympathetic and unhelpful. He said that my parents have now accepted a repair and are not entitled to a refund unless the item cannot be repaired. So now we, like many other customers it seems, are in limbo waiting on a repair. From the reviews of other customers I think could take a long time. Fabb Furniture head office is also incorrectly telling us that the Consumer Rights Act prevents them from giving us a refund once a repair has started. I doubt that legislation prevents a company from affording more rights to an indiviudal - I am sure this is simply just Fabb Furniture's company policy but yet again they are giving inaccurate information to customers. Extremely poor aftercare services. Have been on the phone this morning for 35 minutes trying to get an update on the repair. Don't buy from them.

I bought ex display wardrobes and chest of drawers for a reasonable price and had them delivered by their preferred delivery team for extra which was not cheap. Apparently, the removal guys knew how to disassemble and reassemble. My only gripe was with the manager who seemed up himself and refused to give a 5% discount even though the items had wear and tare. Young sales lady, Lilia was helpful. I will shop there again but with open eyes.

Terrible customer service! The problem revolves around wrong information from the sales person. He informed us that the mechanisms regarding the reclining part of our sofa came from Germany. Which gave me confidence to purchase the sofa, costing £3,128.95p. I have now had the sofa for 11 months, and for most of that time one of the recliners hasn't worked. After 4 visits from their engineers the saga continues. These engineers carry no spare parts, however finally they diagnosed the problem as the electric motor, which would take 14 weeks to be delivered. After 15 weeks, a switch turned up by post from China, NOT Germany. Now apparently I have to wait another 14 weeks for the motor. Customer services seemed to enjoy telling me this when I called them, which left me very very annoyed and angry. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I would give it negative 5 stars if I could!!!

This furniture shop is a Rip off! Even you as a customer supposed to have 14 days of statutory rights for cancel and seek refund, once you gave your money for these crooks (because they are), you can say goodbye regardless you're happy what you got or not. Customer service in general with Zaheer rude, and denial in every level, I believe he's sitting there to refuse to give any customer service and keep your money.

FABB?... I don't think so, I could think of a better 4 letter word. I’ve never had to leave a 1 Star review ever before!... But AHF/FABB, you’ve earned this one as you're a con! We bought a 2k Sofa suite from the Peterborough store, the sofa’s fine but what I don’t like is their reluctance to cancel the extended warranty I purchased. The slimey salesmen want to hold on to their ‘moneymaker’ I would imagine. Due to Covid I couldn’t make it into store, so I called, emailed, called, called, emailed, emailed and emailed some more… but nothing, completely ignored! I had 2 weeks to cancel the insurance, I started trying to cancel on day one and persevered all the way through the fortnight period. I know they’re opening my emails as I have software that monitors opens. What kind of Company blatantly ignores you? I’m pleased the sofas fine as if I get treated like this for a £250 extended warranty – what would happen if this was faulty?... Terrible Customer Service that felt similar to backstreet 2nd hand car sales! (But that would be insulting them) My advice, steer well clear. There's plenty of other companies out there offering better products and service. If for some reason you have to use them pay via your Credit Card and get them to reclaim the money on your behalf. You have purchase protection. This is exactly what I’m doing!

Diabolical product quality, mutton dressed as lamb. Appalling attitude of head office staff. Ended up returning 3 double beds after huge arguments and a terrible nightmare experience. SHOCKING product quality at premium prices. Thanks to Consumer Advice Bureau for helping me put these cowboys right.

Don’t buy from this brand, they make customers to sign unfair documents and remove all your legal rights as a consumer. You can’t cancel the order even it is a year delay. You can’t return the products that you are not satisfied the quality. Don’t be silly and my take advice. Spend your money somewhere else!!

Spent £5368 on 20/10/21.Today is 28 weeks and 2 days later and still no furniture. Terrible customer service,they put the phone down on you or do not phone back as promised. We were told 3 days ago it could be another month but they cannot be sure, they would not put it in writing either. It is tantamount to theft, they took our money and have breached their contract with us. Do not buy from FABB furniture. There should be an option for minus stars.
