   Just found out Darren Birkenshaw a solicitor at this practice is retiring , I’ve used various solicitors over the years some who have let me down , Darren is authentic genuine very well knowledge in is area of law , and straight to the point he’s helped me navigate to get a successful result , I’m a bit gutted as I trusted him so much but I do have confidence in this law firm , would not hesitate to recommend them , have a wonder ful retirement Darren

   Selling my apartment has been a very complicated and lengthy process with lots of twists and turn and multiple conveyancers/ buyers dropping in/out over the period. SallyAnn from Schofield Sweeney has been an absolute star in all this and no questions went unanswered. I could not have done it without her continued patience in all aspects. 10 out of 10 well done.

   Even giving the 1 star is being generous. Dealt with Athia - shes rude and comes across very unprofessional in her manner. Any issues that occurred were always someone else's fault. Instead of resolving simple issues she would rather argue with you. Left everything till last minute. Forgot about our help to buy ISA. She made the process of buying our first house tedious caused us unnecessary stress. We were recommended this firm by our mortgage broker, who has since stopped using this firm due to the complaints received about this individual.
