   I WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS POORLY RUN APARTMENT AS AN OPTION!!!!! Clearly run unprofessionally, especially during the pandemic. I had a booking for this apartment for one night. Having had written confirmation from the owner that they would happily move the date as we were in the first COVID-19 lockdown (May 2020) he then continued to ignore emails, phone calls, and now not running as a choice on bookin.com.The pandemic has certainly been challenging millions and millions of people across the UK but this is no way to behave, stealing people's money (which is what it is) and not offering an alternative date for the stay. I was one of many who Geoff (Accentia Apartments Owner) happily took our money but now vanished and not offering alternative dates.........Disgusting behavior
