   We think the name of the staff member was Maria (terrible memories), but she was absolutely lovely, we came in not long before closing and we did not feel rushed at all. We were offered help without the staff being overbearing or pushy, and when we were ready to make a purchase, Maria was informative, clear and generally lovely. It was a great experience.

   We dont usually post reviews but after the simply outstanding customer service we received yesterday from Amir, we had to post our thoughts. We went into dreams looking for a replacement mattress for our sons bed, not realising that they had a sale on. After deciding on a suitable matress we spoke to Amir who checked the wider sale back stock and found a better quality mattress at a similar price. We were blown away with the service recieved, it is so refreshing to experience sales staff who truely value the customer. Thank you!

   Place is good Enough parking space for 3 hours Large showroom with quite a variety in mattresses. They have some technology to suggest you best suitable varient, but we went with our preference. We were waited by Simona, she's good. One shall prefer going in morning or noon if thinking about paying in installments. Coz finance thing may take time as it's by third party.

   Went to Dreams to buy a new mattress after visiting other retailers who did not give me much help when it came to choosing one.I bought my bed from Dreams so don't know why I didn't go there straight away (the bed is great, an ottoman with lots of storage).At the shop I was greeted by Fran he was very helpful and conducted a sleep study using a bed in-store designed to check body weight and sleeping position to decide on firmness of mattress that would be most comfortable, after this I was able to try different beds recommended. The manager in-store at Watford a gentleman call Mustafa was helpful and offered lots of advice regarding the purchase of a mattress and different mattresses available and what to expect from them all.I also purchased a mattress protector and couple of memory foam pillows (although after using them for just over a week find them too hard for me and unfortunately I don't have packaging so can't return them).Delivery was quick and the guys that bought the new mattress were extremely polite and very helpful.I am still breaking in this mattress and have only slept on it for a couple of nights but if it's uncomfortable there is a guarantee of 40 days so it may be returned and another mattress purchased but I am hoping this will not be necessary. Excellent service from Mustafa and Fran at Dreams Watford Branch. Well the 40 day sleepwear policy is a complete ripoff I had to change the bed and the company offers NO REFUND so you have to get a new bed choose one a cheaper price and lose money lots of clauses really BAD .Don't understand why policies are different online and in-store it's the same company. Great staff in-store but extremely poor customer service dept DREAMS EXPLAIN YOUR GUARANTEE FOR SWAPPING IN 40 DAYS TO ALL CUSTOMERS IN DEPTH BEFORE THEY COMMIT TO PURCHASE.
