   Few days ago i enquired about alterations with a middle aged men at the counter. He seemed very pleasant and I decided to come over 3 days later for the alterations. So I came on 26Dec and there was young lady on the counter . The staff were quick to assist and assured me that next day evening after 0630pm I can collect . The lady at the counter charged me for the services and provided me a receipt. The next day when I came , my uniform was not altered and one of the employees did not even apologized and is telling me to come back tomorrow. I told them I need to wear tomorrow, so it’s better they refund the payment so that I can find another tailor . They did not want to return the payment and said I need to come back after 30mins and the alterations will be done . I told them I don’t want anything in a rush , I don’t mind going somewhere else as long as it’s beat job . The lady said they are very professional and they will do a job job . When I came back at the time they advised me , still the job was not done . They did not even offer me a place to sit and made me wait for an hour extra . So anyone wanting to go for an alteration please be aware, they charge you before the service and don’t deliver as promised. Zero customer service once you have paid . I would definitely not return back ever again . Very unprofessional.

   Hounslow Retail Ltd trading as Reviving Interiors. Friendly gentleman helped me with afew quries regards to some of the products he sells. Nice chap. Shops located between KFC & Paddy Power. Selling goods from suitcases to curtains, rugs, bed sheets n much more. There is also a small mobile phone accessories section for all new and older models. Not sure if he does repairs tho.
