   Ordered chaise of these waited for 3weeks Said it had been delivered And no sign of delivery anywhere Don’t think they even sent it as tracking looked suspicious Reported it 7 days ago still no outcome Be careful

   The worst after sales services I've ever had by far. Extremely rude customers services staff. They're working from home, can't connect you with a manager and can't handle pressure. He just hung up on me. I bought extended warranty from Xcover on a wayfair product. Filled a claim on it on 15th of June and still haven't heard back from them. Today is 8th of July. Upon calling Wayfair, the above was their response. I feel powerless among these giants and I'm sad there's no one to hear our (consumers) voices. DO NOT BUY FROM WAYFAIR AND SPECIALLY THEIR 'EXTENDED PROTECTION PLAN' ON ANY PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL EMBARRASSED AND POWERLESS LATER ON.

   If this is associated with Wayfair online shop, do not waste your money. They are in efficient, unhelpful and incompetent. They are happy to take your money immediately then leave you hanging as to when your order will be delivered
