   We wanted to say what a fantastic experience we have had working with Neatsmiths. In particular, Frankie, whom from the very start when we first walked into the showroom, to completion of our designs was outstanding. Her attention to detail and professionalism has been excellent. We managed to achieve the perfect design with her expertise and we felt that nothing was too much trouble, she came up with something within our budget without compromising on the overall finish. In addition, the fitters were both professional, polite and punctual. We could not fault them on their exemplary work and the cleanliness during and following the work was amazing.. We will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family

   We have used Neatsmith in Hampton Hill for 2 projects now (a study and boot room). We are delighted with our rooms. Working with Carolina is fantastic. She is creative, patient, thorough, efficient and friendly. Communication is excellent and the showroom is incredibly hospitable and welcoming with so many examples of options on display. The choice is vast and the finishes are excellent. If you want high quality, bespoke furniture at fair prices then I would highly recommend Neatsmith. The fitters who came to install the furniture were so professional, skilled and friendly. They took great pride in their work and the finish products were both perfect. We are currently working with them on another room at the moment as we trust them and find them easy to deal with.

   Wonderfully professional in their interactions, planning and execution. The fitting was not 100% accurate but they immediately sorted out the problem and the finished wardrobe is absolutely perfect.    We were recommended Neatsmith by a neighbour, and from the moment we walked into their showroom in Hampton Hill, we were well looked after by Sarah who took us through various options until we settled on our ideal design. Sarah suggested things we would never have thought of which improved the design beyond our expectations. The fitting was done with care and skill, and we now have a wonderful wall of fitted wardrobes. Having used other wardrobe fitters in the past, I can't recommend Neatsmith enough.

   I wanted to have a walk in wardrobe fitted into what had been a spare bedroom. I was referred by a friend and went to see Carolina at the Neatsmith in Hampton Hill. She visited my home, took measurements, discussed options and came up with a brilliant design for the room. I felt she really listened to what I wanted and came up with solutions to any difficulties. The price quoted for the job was not cheap but not extortionate. I did not have to wait long for the work to be started. The units were fitted in four days. There were a couple of tweaks that needed to be done and a fitter was able to sort them out very quickly. All in all I am delighted with the finished room and it was a pleasure to do business with Neatsmith. They are friendly, efficient and professional.
