9/10/25, walked into sue ryders with a friend having a look around as you do, came across a bag that had been on the shelf since 29/9/25 11 days of being there, i had politely ask.would they be willing to reduce the price as it is £10.00 and it needed a good wash also another bag what we would of purchased but there was a rip on it priced at £7.50 manger ann in the shop at the time abruptly spoke said "no and that I was a seller and their a charity therefore I should I know" how rude, then she stated i want everything half the price as I asked her manger to reduce a coat to £3.00 surely the coat that she is on about would of been £6 there is nothing in sue ryders ,(coats) thats £6, And I would never ask for a reduce price, when in fact im the one who says no I like to pay full price. I've also pointed out to sue ryders mangers in the past "thats too low in price and should up" the asking price on certain things. Well regards to ann the manger who was on today, I really didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me and letting the rest of the customers know what she was speaking to me about, so therefore I asked for the head offices number and address her words was "no I dont have the information" then I asked for her full name she replied "no im not giving it to you and head office won't do anything about me anyway"! RUDE, meaning she can do what she likes towards paying customers of sue ryders feltham. Now back in July time same ann has followed me around the shop stating there was a doll that was priced wrong guest who had the doll yes me ! I said this doll priced at £1.50 she then snatch it from me and said "no your no having it as it's going on ebay"! Next day I phoned and spoke to her manager and said how she was, nothing was done and as for the doll it was back out in the shop for £10.00, you can clearly see who prices stuff for the extortionate prices they are today they are only a shop as of the public donations. I have now drafted a formal complaint and im hoping something will be done about her seeing as she states she gets paid from the head office! Will keep all updated in due course.

Unbelievably fussy about the FREE quality furniture offered. SO UPSET WITH THEM, will NEVER try and donate to this ungrateful bunch of amateurs again. I took photos of everything to be collected and they turned all 4 items down on collection appointment because of small makes on SECOND HAND FURNITURE. DO NOT USE!!!! Go with another charity. They left me with a completely messed up schedule. ALSO THEY WANT YOU TO DISMANTLE EVERYTHING which they don't advertise AT ALL. I'm SO UPSET with this organisation!!!!!

I dropped some clothes off last week and as always Christianna was very friendly and welcoming. As I was asking her where she wanted me to put my items she rushed off and opened the door for a lady with a trolley. She speaks to everyone that comes in and is very friendly. Only charity shop I use in Feltham.

Dissatisfied with the collection company they use. The drivers refused a perfectly good sofa with fire safety label cushions ,and bolster cushions . It's a red ribbed fabric and has been in the centre of my lounge so not near sunlight but. They have refused to collect it as it looks like some area has faded - meaning less red than the rest. As a donation it's hardly going to be new ? It's a shame for Sue Ryder but will pass to another charity now.

Volunteers greet me every time I enter the large store. Too much furniture and not enough quality clothing and eye-catching puzzles. Cheap prices for most things but clothing has gone up heaps as I saw a Kirkland Signature (Costco) shirt that has been here since late last year for £2.75, to now regular looking shirts costing as high as £5. Not as bad pricing as Shelter in Primrose Hill. Saw some cool mugs and money banks, but the store is mostly quantity over quality. I've seen higher quality items. Don't forget you can buy three DVDs and/or video games for £1. The video games are all shovelware sports titles.

The only way to speak to someone there is to drive there and have a chat in person. Their phone line is busy 24/7. That's a shame as I had a whole van of books to give away, and I've ended up disposing of them.

My sister and I went to drop off a chest of drawers and because I'm in a wheelchair we asked someone to help. The lady who came out was dressed to the 9's with thick makeup and a terrible attitude, and we could tell she didn't want to help carry. She saw a small crack at the bottom and said her manager would refuse it. Her way out!! She could have asked because I'm certain they would get at least £10 for it. She was rude and unhelpful and has totally put me off shopping there, and a perfectly good chest of drawers is now at the dump!!! Ridiculous...

Great little charity shop with the usual clothes, toys, household niknaks, but also decent amount of furniture (some new) white goods and mattresses. Worth a visit for a bargain.
