   Exclusive home decoration. Nice to visit looking at some lovely home deco and inspiring pieces. Smelling really nice. Selling everything from jars to curtain and kitchen design and fabric. Friendly staff too.

   Failed to honour the price on the in-store ticket. Told me they'd got an old price (or some other excuse) on a floor lamp priced in store at £255 on the printed ticket, wanted to charge me £295 which they say is the "correct price". Regardless of consumer rights etc. you'd think they would honour the stated price, instead they now have a significantly annoyed customer (and a poor review). UPDATE: Happy to say this has now been resolved to my satisfaction within 24 hours. 2 star review upgraded to 4 stars.

   It's a beautiful store with very friendly, helpful staff. I do find Neptune pricey (and have noticed that prices have increased several times throughout the year) so tend to buy through their outlet if something I like pops up. I did also invest in their Marton natural oak flooring (which is in their showroom) and am very pleased with it. Thr staff were very helpful.in arranging samples, etc.
