   Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an awful experience with this company. After placing my order 2696, and waiting over a month, I was informed via email that my parcel had been lost due to “poor courier services.” Despite offering me a replacement free of charge (which I accepted), they never sent me anything and completely ignored all my follow-up emails. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable. Not only did I lose my time waiting for a product that never arrived, but their promises of resolution were never fulfilled.

   The cot is lovely. High quality material and is beautiful. Would not recommend buying the canopy. We haven’t been able to attach it, the screws aren’t long enough, there aren’t clear instructions on how to attach. We also unfortunately did not receive much help asking/ from the manual!
