I contacted Retronovia as I was interested in a sideboard. They responded quickly and after my purchase they advised me straight away with information on the courier and delivery date and time of day. The sideboard was carefully wrapped and it arrived on time and in very good condition.
I purchased a Nathan Squares Bureaux from RetroNovia and I am delighted with my purchase. The bureaux has been wonderfully restored and was delivered well wrapped. It arrived on time all the way from Middlesex to Stirlingshire in Scotland. Absolutely Love this shop so much choice, staff are all so friendly and helpful, I have been a long time customer going back to my first 4 years ago then when I needed to upgrade my carseat and pushchair they were there to help with that and even installed the car seat. Glad they did that for me as I know its been fitted by qualified staff.
**AVOID*** I ordered some Maclaren spares and paid for 1st class recorded delivery. I called the next day and the day after when they hadn't arrived. I needed them urgently so I bought from another supplier. After five days when I still hadn't received them I called for a refund only to be told by Steve Liasi (45% shareholder and Director) that my story was fishy and that I had received the items and was lying. When I told him that I was minded to post some adverse reviews if he didn't change his appalling attitude he replied "Do what you want". Such a shame.
