My mother and I both purchased ottoman beds. Raj was very helpful and informative. There was an offer on at the time of our visit and we were able to take advantage of it. Raj was not pushy but helpful and informative. Can’t wait till my bed arrives now.
Bought a lovely little sofa bed at a great price. Delivery was delayed a week, but they informed us in plenty of time. The delivery was smooth and well organised, and all staff have been helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend buying from here.
Raj 's customer service was excellent. He took time to explain. He showed us round different beds. The whole family was so impressed. I wish all sales people were kind, patient and informative as he is.
For some reason the mattress we ordered a few years ago began sagging and I made a request to the branch and they asked me to email my issue to head office. They responded quickly and sent a technician to check the bed who confirmed that the bed had faults in manufacture. They immediately responded with a credit for me to go and choose a new mattress. As the one I had before was out of production, I was able to choose anther brand. As it was a Hypno mattress I had to pay the difference. They delivered it on the day as promised and in the time slot agreed. They even called us when they would arrive. The new mattress is excellent. Would definitely recommend Bensons for peace of mind bed purchase.
Positive experience. Good sales staff. Good customer services team up North. Good delivery experience. I had to return a mattress as it didn’t suit me because it was too firm. There was no problem with this at all and the firm honoured their Comfort Guarantee returns policy without any question or recrimination.
Helpful staff. Ali has given lots of information in the bed selection and mattress design including a bed that can give a reading of best firmness ideal for individual build.

Buying the bed at Bensons for Beds in South Ruislip was easy and the staff were extremely helpful. I paid extra for the delivery so that the bed and mattress were unpacked and the rubbish cleared, but my mattress was left in the plastic wrapping.
Ordered a new bed and I was happy the way Ali, the salesperson at the Ruislip branch, very professionally dealt with the whole transaction. Given 4 stars for Ali's handling of this order. Other reviews have complained about the delivery process. Remains to be seen if rest of the Benson's supply and warehouse systems can deliver on the promised date.
I have received my Staples and Co Deluxe Artisan mattress from Bensons in Ruislip. Shoutout to Azad who sorted me out. He was very helpful. Mattress feels great, no damaged during delivery which is what you want.
