In general they are a good company, the only issue is it dragged on way to long..... finally after 3and a bit years we have come to a solution. They have received the money from the MIB, Im a little disappointed as to why its taking so long to release my funds especially with the holidays coming up..... Let's see will keep you posted

pathetic company the charges this firm makes are unreal they send you a text every week to let you know how its going they don't tell you they charge £16 per text they send a reminder for a medical that's cost you £16 each time ,they look at your case cost yes its £16 per time they viewed mine 8 times in one day they charge you vat no problem but when the settle they charge it again claim settled at £2300 appro i ended up with £312 i will never use this company again
