   A great shopping experience, so many different ranges and brands.The store has a nice feel when you enter and is well laid out. There will be something to tempt you. The staff are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a Laura Ashley lamp and there was an issue with it, the customer service (Sarah)was amazing, she resolved the issue with care and empathy. This store is worth a visit.

   (on behalf of Michael and Claire) We had a little hiccup with the purchase of your leopard print shades, after 1 phone call to the shop this was resolved without any fuss or bother; the lights were replaced for 2 new shades. Would like to say all staff work to a very high level of customer service and every colleague went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this shop for high quality beautiful home furnishings.

   The Home Library is a lovely store,.it is like an Aladdins cave! .Everywhere you turn , you see more and more stylish and decorative objects for your home.We have visited on several occasions but this time we’re delighted to find a sofa that would fit into our living room perfectly. It was able to be delivered the same week and we are so pleased. The shop staff are so friendly and helpful , it is a joy to shop there.

   We have used the Home Library a couple of times following a family recommendation, and bought some pictures, light fittings and coffee tables. The staff are very friendly and helpful without being pushy at all and the pricing is very reasonable. We have recently used them for curtains in our lounge. It's a tricky process with the number of available fabrics and the size of the fabric samples but Yvonne helped hugely. In the end we paid for her to do a home visit where we were then able to make a decision on fabric. They also came out to measure up and again to do the fitting and the curtains look amazing. We are so pleased with the whole experience from start to finish.

   I cannot speak highly enough of Yvonne. Her passion for her job shines through and nothing is too much trouble. She was patient and helpful from the point I first went into the shop to even after I had ordered the curtains, taking time to help me choose curtain fabric and to match it to a sofa colour. Yvonne has an amazing eye for colour and style and I am thrilled with my beautiful curtains, which have been made to the highest standard. Thank you Yvonne - I wish everyone could be as kind and honest as you.
