   Purchased today 4 blush padded dining chairs from the outlet in Kingston. In store experience was lovely, and very professional. Ross was on hand to help answer questions about the chairs and help me with my purchase. A big thank you! Margot the manager kindly helped me complete my order and then with Adrian's help load it into our car. The chairs are of good quality with a warranty which the manager fully explained. As it is an outlet store expect items to be good quality but on the occasion may have some wear and tear but I had no such issues. The store its self is very spacious and clean, good variety of furniture and easy to navigate. I found the signage very easy to read. On a budget, I have saved almost double what I would have paid full price eles where. If it wasn't for the man with the megaphone I would not have discovered the shop so big thumbs up to you!! I cannot wait to shop again!

   I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this furniture store. I ordered a table with a marble tabletop, and upon delivery, it creaked noticeably, which is not something you expect from a marble surface. Additionally, the drawer edge creaked as well, making the entire table feel cheaply made and poorly constructed. To add to the disappointment, I tried contacting their customer service team several times via email, but they never responded. It's extremely frustrating to deal with such poor communication on top of receiving a faulty product. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone based on my experience – poor quality and zero customer support.

   Amazing new addition to the high street, stunning collection of furniture and accessories. Some really interesting finds got myself a gold gorilla ornament for a steal. Lovely customer service from Husain. I'd recomend a visit if your out shopping in Kingston.
