   I had a fantastic experience at the King Living showroom in Kingston upon Thames. From the moment I arrived, the team were welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Laura, who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She guided me through the sofa I was interested in, explained all the features clearly, showed me the fabric options and timber colours, and helped me understand the customisations available. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated that she offered me a delivery discount straight away, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism and willingness to help really stood out and made me feel confident about placing my order. I’ve already paid the deposit and am happily waiting for my delivery in February 2026. Thank you, Laura, and the entire Kingston team, for the excellent service and wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

   I have been extremely impressed with the service received at the Kingston store. David Mahony has an extensive knowledge of the products and has been exceedingly professional, helpful and patient. The store is inviting and beautifully arranged. The quality of the products is outstanding. I have been searching for the perfect sofa for a while now and nowhere has matched my experience with King. It truly does live up to its name.

   King have beautiful sofas with modern design and very practical and flexible solutions. Albiona of the showroom in Kingston and the staff in general were knowledgeable about the product and provided excellent service, including giving us and the kids water to make us comfortable! We asked for additional fabric samples to be sent home and these were provided quickly. We are now waiting for the delivery which we hope will be as smooth and professional as the experience so far.

   Been wanting to go to King since seeing the sofa a friend had bought. So one opened in Kingston, yeah, no need to go into central london. We were spoilt for choice, could have taken one of 3 sofas. The way Jordan(he’s an Aussie selling Aussie furniture) explained the manufacturing process I was hooked, They are all so beautiful. We had dimension limitations, Jordan knew the measurement of each piece and how we could put them together to work for us. Can’t wait for our new sofa to be delivered. Go visit. Thanks for all your help, Jordan This is the sofa we chose but in grey.
