Furniture City’s customer service is what every company should aspire to. I’ve never gone anywhere else to source my beds in over 15 years.
I cannot praise Furniture City enough. I recently purchased two stunning solid oak mirrors from them—one large wall mirror and one tall floor mirror—and I’m completely in love. Furniture city was excellent service as always. Have been using them for more then 18 years plus. Their customer service is excellent . We had a slight issue this time with one of my daughter's bed ,but the manager Irfan help us over and beyond to resolve the situation. Popped in here to look at bed frames as it’s local. Really friendly, helpful staff and no hard sell. Chosen frame was in stock and delivered 24 hours later with a call prior to say they were 15 minutes away. Paid extra to have bed assembled which was well worth it as their expertise meant it was done in minutes!! Thank you.
The furniture is good but I the deliveryman left the large item unpacked front back and despite the order including this service he refused to do so. I spent 1hour to unpack the matter by cutting it piece by piece. Also called me 6 am to be ready.
