Online ordering process was straightforward. Taurus made telephone contact the week before delivery, &, as promised, emailed to me a 2-hour delivery slot on the day before the delivery. The actual delivery took place well within the time period quoted when I placed the order, & within the delivery slot given to me the day before. Actual delivery took place efficiently. The mattress(extra firm orthopaedic) had the firmness I needed. Overall, well satisfied with the product & service.

Can`t comment on quality of products only customer service. Ordered two mattresses for over £900, however on the next day requested a cancelation of my order, because I was still unsure what type of mattresses to buy. Gouldy was very kind on the phone, he put my order on hold giving me time to decide and offered me different options, explaining that if I cancel I will incure fees as per their Terms & Conditions. At the end I decided to cancel my order. My refund was very quick and I was charged £50 administration fees for my cancelation. I will be more careful before placing orders in the future.

I have had good very service from the Taurus staff and I love the bed and mattress. There was a glitch with the height of the drawers underneath which are being altered which was disappointing but they are altering them.

Extremely poor after sales service I purchased a bed and mattress last year. The mattress was defective (something the shop themselves have agreed was the case) but the process of getting a new one was appalling poor. I first went back to the shop in late March about the issue and it took repeated visits and phone calls (and not all staff are pleasant) to finally get it sorted in June. Thats 3 months being left with a defective product plus the added hassle of constantly getting in touch to get things moving. I can understand why there are so many great reviews up here as one member of the staff there is very polite but once there is a problem with the item its very difficult to get it sorted. Knowing what i know now, I would not have purchased anything from this store. ------ response to Taurus Bed Let's clarify why it took until May for me to order a replacement mattress. When I visited your store about the original problem, you asked for photos, which I provided and you told me you would be touch. I heard nothing back, so I followed up again and this time you asked if you could visit my home and inspect the mattress which I accommodated. Again, I heard nothing back and I had to follow up with you via phone and I had to call into your shop on numerous occasions. This took the whole month of April for you decided to remedy the issue. This was your delay not mine. In terms of delivery. I got a call in May that offered me a single option of a Tuesday morning to deliver the mattress which I could not do. I was not offered any other delivery dates. Again, two weeks later I called the store and got a very rude response from a member of staff that simply had no interest in the fact this issue was going on for 2.5 months. I was told delivery would be arranged and that I would receive a phone call. Again, nothing. I had to call again to arrange a delivery. This is all your delay and not mine. Your reply below is very dishonest.
