He went out of his way to make the shopping experience pleasant, even offering me coffee/tea while I browsed. I ended up purchasing a duvet, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.    We visited the West Ealing branch and were assisted by Anthony. He was exceptionally polite and welcoming, even offering us refreshments upon arrival. Anthony guided us through the Sleepmatch machine to assess our individual needs and find the best mattress match. He then took our budget into account and recommended mattresses that suited both our preferences and price range, clearly explaining the differences between each option. He also provided a thorough explanation of the extended warranty and supported us throughout the financing application process. Thank you, Anthony, for your outstanding service!

   My wife and I went to Dreams West Ealing. We met a young staff. His name was Mohit. He was very courteous and showed us few mattresses we were interested in. He knew his job and had good knowledge of the products. He even offered us a coffee a drink of water. I have come across a customer had being handle by a staff with such respect after very long time. We were very pleased with the way he handled as customers. We purchased few things including Temur mattress. We need staff like this young man to generate the economy of the country. Please convey my regards to the young men. Next time when I go to the shop I would like him to attend me. Even if he is busy with other customer, I will wait till he finishes with the customer he attending to. Thanks to Mohit and Dream.

   I had a great personalised service, they helped when needed and gave space when needed, not pushy at all and very charming, although Ana helped me out everyone was really nice. They have a lot of options there for different budgets. I have arranged the delivery for the end of the month, so I am still half way through the purchasing experience, but unless anything goes wrong, this review will remain a 5 star and I will defo go back.
