   Barnes & Fadden Sutton store staff very polite and helpful, said my bed would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. It arrived in exactly 2 weeks at 08:00 in the morning the only problem was 2 of the 6 feet were missing, the delivery driver had the missing feed back at my flat by 08:45. The delivery team were father and son, both were very careful, polite and helpful. Ms D S Young

   Daniel at the Sutton store was excellent in helping me locate some chairs which l was trying to track down. He signposted me to their East Grinstead store who had stock. His customer service including following up to check l was happy with the chairs was outstanding. Thank you... they are gorgeous and robust. We are delighted with them!!

   I bought a wardrobe which cost me £900 first time they came and set it up and the doors the sliding doors are not straight and they took it off and they bring after one week new ones which was worse and the gentleman offer me a discount but never happened. He like me to purchase something else from him to give me discount so at the end I bought £900 wardrobe, which not good?

   Dan the manager is the most lovely man so helpful and considerate. He goes above and beyond to help. The delivery men are also fab and make sure all ok ok before leaving. The quality of my goods purchased are beautiful. Highly recommend this shop!

   Only given one star as I can't do none, 1st mattress Awful tried to call but no response eventually went into the shop was told by the salesman "you should never have been sold this, paid another load of money for a different mattress which has caused real problems in my right side (I am severely disabled). Mr Fadden came to look eventually and said the squeaks were my bed base but the mattress was fine, I have been having to sleep on the sofa as this mattress dips in the middle and is awful, Mr Fadden just said "I'm not refunding you I would have to sling it In the bin" CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT I've paid £300 for a single mattress which is awful

   Really good store with great customer service. Savvy shoppers can get themselves a discount too. My only concern was that the people who came to assemble my bed were a bit brash, but they got the job done. A couple of months after purchase there was a problem with one of the under-bed storage drawers and they were quick to rectify the situation with no complaint. Was recommended by a family member and would shop here again.
