If your order runs smoothly then all will be well. But if there is a problem, expect to be insulted, sworn at and have your calls and emails ignored. I went into the store to deal with the issue and there was a pathetic attempt at physical intimidation. Having played rugby since my teens, I'm not easily threatened. Got my money back in the end.
Excellent service from design to fitted kitchen. Diana ,who planned new kitchen ,made a few visits to house to make sure everything measured up exactly before order went in. Fantastic customer service, highly recommended .
Some of the guys in there are great, and if you work hard you might be able to get a fair price. But do not expect any support if things go wrong - My experience was to be insulted and sworn at by the owner of the company and told I was wasting his time. To be fair - an online review changed his manner again very quickly when one of his suppliers was implicated - and not impressed. Also we have not managed to get receipts for our purchases. Nine months later we still only have a receipt for the deposit - and nothing for the rest of the kitchen including white goods. We have a lot of broken promises about sending in the post today, excuses about moving computer systems and broken printers etc. My advice is avoid.
