   They lie and there furniture ain’t that good or strong they do need to be reported. I spoke to the manager and he was completely disrespectful

   My Daughter in law ordered two wardrobes.They were delivered as arranged .However when they were delivered in flatpack they were just dumped in my young granddaughters bed room practically filling it up.We were all under the impression as was stated when she brought the wardrobes that they would be assembled on delivery.Which the driver said was not the case.On complaining a fitter was sent out at approx five o clock.He never finished until eleven and all the packing etc was left outside for us to get rid of as he never came in a van.My granddaughter's were very tired and irritable on copletion and just wanted to go to bed.I would like to state that we do not blame the fitter in anyway as he did a good job.On hindsight we would never use this company again hence the one star.My response to reply .Yes she gave him £20,but it was for him to get home not a tip .Why wasn't the packing taken away and not just dumped outside,and why wasn't the fitter with the delivery crew to fit them strait away like normal companies What a terrible company please avoid this country company can't stress this enough.

   It is what it is,a cheap tacky showroom located in sutton, The salesman is overbearing, and let's face it the stock is cheap and nasty. Definitely no return for me,but these places are popping up more and more. What happened to the Great British showroom ,where your treated with respect and the goods are well made.
