Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient with me, this is definitely my favourite Neptune branch. Thanks guys for all your help! The store also looked beautiful, wish I could just buy the whole place!

Observed the shop whilst charging up my electric car. Saw the beautiful shop and clean flags on both ends. Shop was equally very neat and well designed furnitures. Next to other shops like Papa Johns and just one charging port with different cables.. Worth visiting and seems a quite and distinct shop. You can't miss it.
Superb. This shop has beautiful, inviting decor, and good design inspirations. Very friendly and welcoming staff give you time to relax and enjoy the surroundings, as well as assist with any questions without being over-bearing or over fussy. Spot on service with refreshments on tap. A pleasure to shop here. Highly recommended.
Fantastic store. I’d already bought several items online from Neptune, and had always found they looked exactly the same ‘in the flesh’ as in the online photos - and their customer service people are second to none. But nothing beats going into the store and seeing the creative ways they’ve laid everything out in rooms. And the staff at the Wimbledon store are all wonderfully helpful and friendly. I only recently moved to the area and have a feeling I’ll be spending rather a lot of time there!
