   I had the pleasure of working with Richard at Silver Birch Kitchen Designs in May 2024, after a frustrating search for new kitchens and suppliers. Richard visited my home with samples and brochures, listened to my ideas, and designed a layout that perfectly suited my needs. He was knowledgeable, full of ideas, and most importantly: he listened. Richard even had doors made in bespoke colours of my choosing when I was unsure about the colour. He provided a detailed quote that included units, handles, worktops, and appliances, which was extremely favourable. Despite a tight lead time, I needed the kitchen fitted in July 2024, Richard ensured everything was delivered correctly and liaised with my fitters to make sure they had everything they needed. Thanks to Richard, I now have a top quality, beautiful and practical kitchen that I love showing off. The quality and service from Silver Birch Kitchen Designs are outstanding and unbeatable, with costs better than any high street kitchen suppliers that I had visited. I cannot recommend Richard and Silver Birch Kitchen Designs enough.

   Richard provided a full end to end service for us in January 2022 and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our new kitchen. He previously did my mother and brother in laws kitchen so we were confident in the service and would recommend him to everyone. He was incredibly diligent, always available for questions and right up until the last minute was happy to support reasonable changes.    Richard did a design to replace our kitchen in the autumn of 2021 and worked with the fitter to ensure that the design was implemented to our satisfaction. He listened and took on board our requirements very well from the start and came up with a solution which was innovative and made the best use of the space available. There were a few unexpected obstacles to overcome, which no one could have anticipated, when the original kitchen was removed, but Richard put in extra work mid fitting to alter the design at virtually no extra cost and ensure that solutions were found to our satisfaction. The recommended kitchen suppliers provided very good quality kitchen furniture. I would highly recommend Richard and use his services again.
