   We ordered the fistral rug and unfortunately, the quality is quite poor. We were surprised to see so much shedding, and the rug looks quite worn after a few weeks due to the loss of fiber. It doesn’t seem durable or well constructed.

   Whether you like a home furnishing shop is clearly a matter of personal taste. This shop definitely promotes a certain vision of home decor which is certainly very high quality and very proud of its product. The kitchens and soft furnishings are very high quality it's just that I find their output rather chilly and it has to be said a bit beyond my budget! If you like modern furniture with a classic feel to it and can afford it then this is for you.

   I found the staff in this store to be incredibly helpful and the products are just AMAZING. I ordered the harrington outdoor sofa and chairs in the summer which were delivered promptly and are fabulous. I am looking to replace my kitchen in the near future and will definitely be having Neptune... I have considered much more expensive options but I think Neptune are fabulous value for money and exceptional quality. compared to Martin Moore kitchens the product is every bit as impressive but around a third of the price!!

   The Chiswick showroom is amazing and beautifully laid out all I want to do is move in! The quality of the furniture and kitchens are extraordinary and very reasonably priced. I do not think that there is anything on the market that compares. The guarantee provided on the kitchen and furniture is proof of the quality that the product provides. Somehow they have managed to take traditional styles with a contemporary edge that really works and will stand the test of time, it will not date. The staff are very attentive and take the time to explain the furniture in detail, something rarely found today. They always remember you which makes the ordering process very easy, nothing seems to much trouble. Neptune seems to focus heavily on customer service and with such a fabulous product, it would appear they have a winning combination. We have the Suffolk kitchen, Montague bar stools, Imperial pendant lamps, Harrington garden furniture with the Tuscany coffee table, Chichester grand chest drawers, Chichester original chest drawers with big bouquets of the flowers and scattered cushions everywhere among other things. I think it would be easier to make a list of things we don't want rather than the things we do want. We may have to sell our house so we can have more space to purchase more of this wonderful product. I can not recommend Neptune enough, it is pure luxury at an affordable price that will last a life time. The perfect one stop shop!
