   I recently visited this furniture shop and purchased a dining table and a sofa. The lady who served me was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. She promised that the furniture would be delivered before Christmas, and although I was a bit worried because the time between ordering and Christmas Day was very short, she kept her word and everything arrived today as promised. I would also like to mention the gentleman who delivered the furniture. He was very professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. Overall, the service from start to finish was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this store. I paid a £250 deposit in store for a bed after being told it would be delivered within two weeks. After waiting more than two weeks with no updates or calls, I contacted the store in the third week and was then told by a staff member named Rumana that the bed I had paid for was not available. I was never informed about this earlier, despite being promised delivery within two weeks. I was then asked to choose another bed and paid the remaining £400, with a new delivery promise. On Tuesday, December 16, I asked for an ETA and was told to stay home all day waiting for delivery, even though I clearly told Rumana in advance that I would not be home. Despite this, she later called saying the delivery driver had arrived. I immediately asked my neighbour to check outside, and they confirmed that no delivery vehicle or driver ever came. It felt like this was used as an excuse to charge me again for delivery. After this ongoing poor service, lack of communication, and misleading information, I requested a refund. This was denied, even though the bed is still in the store and has never been delivered. I was told the store “does not do refunds,” which contradicts responses I have seen from the company to other customer reviews stating that refunds are possible. This experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this store due to poor customer service, misleading delivery information, and refusal to issue a refund for goods that were never delivered. I want to get my refund please as i am unhappy due to your bad customer services and treatment. Thanks

   A very kind, patient, helpful and knowledgable staff that will go an extra mile to meet your needs. Prompt and efficient delivery. They took the bed up to the 4tf floor with a smile on their face when the lift happened to be out of service in where I live. Also a good choice of beds that, as I found out, are made from reclaimed wood so the impact on the environment is mininal. I was a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend!
