   Unfortunately, our visit was overshadowed by a very rude and unwelcoming staff member at the entrance. We picked up a cushion to see how it looked on a sofa — something most people would expect to be fine when shopping for home items. Instead of assisting or being courteous, the man at the entrance told us to put it back ourselves and made it clear it wasn’t his job to do that. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. First impressions matter, and this one left us feeling very unwelcome.

   Delivery has been a nightmare. Took nearly 2 months to get a display floor sofa to our flat 2 blocks away. It didn't fit through the door so I asked for a refund. It took another 2 months for confirmation that their warehouse received the sofa in order to process the refund but now they can't process the refund and need the US office to get involved who can't find my details and ask to phone back every 3 days. Do not buy anything bigger than a coaster from here.
