You should be more careful who you hiring One of your drivers drove very fast and tried to take me over today on highway. Flashing with the lights !!!Ten once he took over he tried to hit me with your company van ! What was that !! Very dangerous and unacceptable behaviour on the road !! Photo attached . He will be reported to the police !!
I've been a Wellworking customer for almost 5 years now, during which time I've ordered my dining table and chairs, and a number of home working setups for myself and various friends and family. I just can't recommend them enough. Nothing is too much trouble, communication is fantastic, the delivery service is always on time, they sell nothing but the highest quality products, and they even came to the house to repair a chair under warranty.
Absolutely outstanding customer service and product! I ordered a Herman Miller Sayl office chair from these guys. It arrived 24 hrs later. Not only is the chair fantastic but they delivered it full assembled and unpacked so there was nothing for me to do. Phil also then spent a further 10 - 15 minutes giving me a personal tutorial in how to set the chair up correctly. A brilliant experience/service all round.
Ordered a Mirra 2. It was great price. Dispatched quickly and when they emailed to confirm delivery I was due to be at a different address but still local. They changed the delivery address with no bother. On delivery they had already made the chair up and the delivery guy was brilliant (sorry forgot your name!). He took the time to demonstrate all the features and how to adjust everything and even gave hints and tips on how to make sure it was set up in the best way. He made it clear if there were any issues or if I needed any help with adjusting anything that I should just call them. Excellent service and the chair is fantastic. Would definitely use them again!
I cannot recommend this company and chair enough, i purchased the Heran Miller Precision Verus chair due to having back problems and sitting as part of my office job for long periods of time. The ordering was easy and the communication from the very start was fantastic. MY chair was delivered today by Phil, who took the time to show me how it works and to find my best position for comfort. I can honestly say from the moment i sat in it i could feel a huge difference and alreay my back feels tons better. Thank you for making my work life far more comfortable!!
If you are looking to purchase an ergonomic chair this is the company you want to deal with. Really helpful customer service, plus you can try the chair to make sure that it works for you. 1 hour delivery slots which they always seem to keep to (they have their own delivery & servicing team). I wish more companies could be as professional and helpful as Wellworking!
The best home delivery experience ever!. I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron 2 on Saturday and it was delivered by the following Wednesday. Communication from Wellworking was excellent at every step, and the home delivery was by far the best I have ever experienced. It was delivered by Paul who works for Wellworking, and he was friendly, knowledgeable and someone who knows and appreciates a quality product. I will definitely be ordering from Wellworking again in the future.
Fantastic service - quick, efficient, driver brought the chair all the way up to my apartment on the 10th floor, gave me a tutorial on how to use it. His name was Ahmed I believe. Very very happy - will shop with you guys again.
