Thought I would support a local a business but how stupid I was. I purchased a shoe cupboard and it was poorly and cheaply made. The screws do fit where intended, and despite carpenter and power tool help, the cupboard could not be made. Save your money and go to Ikea - you will be left disappointed if you shop here
I recently moved to a new place and made a significant purchase at the Chiswick store. I chose Futon Co mainly for the design: I like the Scandi-Japan style and their furniture fits really well in small spaces like mine. The furniture is good quality for the price, and for me was quite easy to assemble despite occasionally unclear visual in the instruction book. Then I ran into some QC issues -- one piece didn't fit due to manufacturing error. The store responded well by replacing the faulty piece when I reported it, but it took a while until I finally got the correct piece. However, I'm still giving them 5 stars because of the way they handled the situation. In retail you can't always be perfect, but it mattered that you empathized with the customer's situation and sincerely wanted to help. To Michelle and Monica in Chiswick: you are among the best in the business, thank you forever for your kindness!
Entered the shop. Enquiring @ Deckchairs in the Window. Lady with attitude. Approached me " How can I help"!?. Enquired @ Size of Deckchairs. If Adult/Child size. As hard to see!. " Told me Adult size". Decided to " Purchase a Green Pillow. Went to collect pillow, Before asked " How many I Would like"!? Replied. ""ONE". Put through order on Till. Tapped my card to pay. Said might pop in Again, For Another Purchase!!! LADY replied:- Hopefully NOT!!!!!
Had no idea there was so much great design ware - tables, cushions, ceramics & gorgeous velvety tote bags! Really friendly & helpful staff. A real find
Lovely shop with some great, well designed, and original pieces of furniture, household items, and gifts. Very friendly, helpful staff here as well. Great for browsing, and fair prices too.
Their staffs at this particular store are sooo nice. Every time I went there, I received perfect service. Their products use solid wood or bamboo and quite sturdy. I have run into ladies in different age (in particular the young and old white ladies) and they were so accommodating at answering my question and always went the extra mile to offer good services. You can't fault a lovely store with lovely people like this.

Great experience shopping at Chiswick store. Very patient with my indicision and willing to take out samples and showing us different materials etc. The items arrived in one week and the wood is solid and heavy.
The expense of items in this store is more than made up by quality. The beds and futon are incredibly comfortable and worth every penny. I also like the cushions, they're perfect pup-size for relaxing on. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
