Ordered the Osaka Sofa which looks wonderful. The lady who advised me on the day had a real passion for aesthetics which i very much appreciated, i showed her my living room and she advised one a few colours to pick from. Shame about the delivery which was slightly delayed regardless good experience over all !
I was recommended to visit Bo Concept through a family member when designing my new house. The showroom was really nice and quality of everything was apparent. John was really helpful and helped design/manage the whole process. Everything was delivered & installed within 6 weeks (typical estimates are 8-12 weeks elsewhere). John was very helpful and still allowed us to lead the process, whilst still giving his own thoughts and opinions. I had a very good experience with Bo Concept and would certainly recommend using their services.
Absolutely wonderful customer service! We were looking to find a very specific bracket and after weeks of searching Ann managed to track one down for us. It's customer service like this that really makes a brand. A huge thank you to Ann and the rest of the team.
Placed an order on 4th April for a table and 8 chairs. We were informed that we will have a delivery soon so we got rid of our old dinning table and chairs. We were then given a choice of delivery of the table before 4th July which we accepted as the chairs were arriving by 4th July. Then we were told the fabric is not available and will be with us by 30th Sept. Who in their right mind buys furniture for their home paid in full over £5k for delivery 6 months later?
Could not be more pleased or impressed by the wonderful, friendly and professional service received from this showroom! Popped in to browse sales items (they have 15% off everything in the showroom at the moment with sales going up to 50% off ex-display). Received the nicest hello and welcome from Margot Maciejak and the best service! Left very pleased having customised their beautiful Augusta dining table (with their signature butterfly extension mechanism) and x4 Adelaide dining chairs (again customised to a gorgeous leather; and adding the swivel option). Have been a loyal BoConcept fan for some 14 years and today was probably my favourite shopping experience. Have always been satisfied with the furniture I have bought from them. Lovely team and atmosphere. Worth popping in for a visit.
Amazing products, amazing staff… wonderful taste of style. And you know what? We all want to be treated as humans. Like to be really seen and heard and considered regarding what we want and what we need and how we like to get things done. This is how designers treat you here. They are not just great designers. They are good people.
Extremely talented team, John Taylor has gone above and beyond helping us understand what will fit into the apartment. Overall a very smooth experience, we bought what we needed and made sure the furniture matches the colour scheme.
Nice fabrics, comfortable, good design but not sustainable. I got no follow up information after the order except a call to set the delivery schedule. It is a shame that they don't pick up your old sofa while delivering the new one, which means they don't care about recycling. Also note that replacement parts may not be available even for purchase after 5 years which is too short for furniture especially in this price range. Those make any sustainability pledge irrelevant.
BoConcept has become a go-to furniture location spot for us! Not only is there furniture the highest of quality but also the team is super knowledgeable and sweet! Margot has been a great help designing our home. She has been super patience and listened to all our ideas. Great designer. Could not recommend this store enough!
Great experience working with BoConcept at Westfield. Vaibhav listened to what we wanted and then presented great options - all with perspective but never overbearing. The virtual interior design was incredibly help and so well done. So very pleased!
