   I was welcomed by the lovely lady Linda at the Acton Dreams. Tryout the sleepmatch and was offered of my choice of pillows and she offered me a drink made me feel at ease with choosing of a bed, mattress and pillow. Linda is well knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything. Thank you so much.

   Dreams wasn’t my 1st option for a new bed although I decided to go to their shop in Acton where I found the staff very helpful and made me comfortable in choosing a new bed I thought cos it’s dreams a big manufacturer the price of beds were through the roof but I managed to find a nice new bed for a good price the lady took me through all the paperwork she was very nice and even offered me a drink I would say their services was 100 per cent payed a small fee for the bed to be delivered to my home address and for them to assemble it the delivery slot was very quick and when they came they fixed up my bed quick time and they were very nice people they even cracked a joke lol I would recommend dreams anyone looking for a nice comfy bed and with good services. From 1 happy customer

   Fantastic customer support from Mo. From beginning to end. We were in the shop, Mo advised us on the most adequate mattresses and we try them all and took or time to make the decision. Unfortunately, we have to post pone the delivery for few months due to personal reason, Mo was again outstanding in helping us sort out the situation. 100% recommended.

   Was helped very well by staff member Linda who was excellent - but when i was negotiating i was introduced to the manager Martin who almost looked down on me. He raised his voice at one point, accused me of pleading when talking about and prices and diverted his attention away towards a phone call - his other staff members could have taken. This is unfortunate as this was my first visit to dreams and even my 70 year old mother was quite embarrassed in regards to his behaviour. I would strongly urge Dreams to reconsider who they employ as managers - or train them better in customer service. They most definitely lost an easy £1,000 sale -
