   Booked a taxi @ 1045 for 1120. Hadn't arrived by 1125 so phoned in to be told they were still trying to find a driver in Harrogate. Why was the booking accepted? Despite having an address 200 yards from where we were to be picked up, this is obviously not a Harrogate company. Cancelled and got an Uber in 3 minutes.

   Pre-booked a taxi- it did not arrive at all despite confirmation text message. After 15 minutes I tried ringing them but no answer. Ended up using another taxi company. Do not recommend.

   Pre-booked the minibus to take us to Thirsk races and return later the same day, turned up 10 minutes late for journey there and then this awful company cancelled on us 20 minutes before they were due to pick us up to come back, leaving us stranded at the racecourse and refused to organise us alternative transport, after 2 days still waiting for my money back as this was also paid up front - do not touch this company!. One of the guys left their sunglasses on the back seat, obviously they never found them, embarrassing, advice is go to a proper company and pay a bit more.

   1 star but only because I had to put something! Called for a taxi at 9am and was told they had none - ok, I can understand a busy Monday morning. Called again later, just after 1pm and taxi all booked. I sat and waited patiently only to receive a call back 20 minutes later to be told, sorry there's no taxis in your area! I could have been told that much sooner than 20 minutes. What a waste of my time when I had to be somewhere! Always used Elite and it was excellent, continued with Dash but the service has become shoddy so certainly won't be using any more!

   Totally unreliable. Booked a cab mid-morning for a late afternoon ride. Was called 10 minutes before it was due to say they had no cars and the guy it was assigned to had broken down (a common theme among reviewers). Was left having to find a last minute alternative which I eventually managed but not without difficulty. Was charged upfront as always, but still waiting for a refund.

   Arrived on time lovely clean car took us to Harewood estate from Harrogate and picked us later waiting for us dead on time the driver Dave is a really nice guy would highly recommend this taxi company.
