    All taxis coming from Castleford or further afield so the wait time is always 15+ minutes for a driver to get here, what's the point of advertising yourself as a local taxi service when you're the same company as cas cars using the same drivers. I know this is true cos when I book on both street carz and cas cars the latter call me to cancel my double booking.

    I pre booked a taxi hours in advance for 18:35 at 18:36 the taxi company called to say they couldn’t get a taxi to us for another 45 mins, which was going to make me late so I had to cancel. The company should not of accepted my booking it they couldn’t accommodate it.

    Disgusting service. Booked two hours in advance. On time of pick no driver was allocated. Made me late to my deluxe hot tub, spa day….. Out of pocket because the bleeders wouldn’t refund me.
