   I used to use Blueline Taxis weekly from 2010 to 2016 for work and I recently needed to arrange a taxi to pick my son & I up from Leeds station and take us home to Harrogate following a football match in Manchester. I made it clear on the booking that I wasn't sure what train we would be on and IF we got an earlier train I would call ahead. This is what happened and Blueline advised the driver and brought everything forward - no hassle no drama just great customer service. Adrian was our driver and we remembered each other from all those years before! Great to know that after all this time the standards of customer service have been maintained and I would always recommend them. Thanks again!

   Many thanks for a great service from your driver Stephen. I forgot my mobile phone in his taxi when he dropped me off at a concert. He attempted to return my phone to me but couldn't as the concert has started. He left his mobile number with officials at the venue so that I could contact him to enable him to deliver my phone. Sure enough he did deliver it to me at my residence. Honesty and all round great service.

   I had a number of journeys to make on the same day. I called Blueline and prebooked all four. Each pick was with me just before the time requested, the cars were all clean and well presented. All the drivers were efficient and helpful. I was notified each time the driver had arrived. On one occasion I called Blue Line. My number was recognised and I was given the registration of the car and how many minutes away it was. I would definitely use Blue Line again. Thank you

   Fantastic taxi service! Highly recommend !! Very helpful and extremely kind. My partner had to pick up a bag that I left at family members place, as we were travelling back to derby. I was distressed as I am disabled therefore cannot drive,, he explained this to the driver so he wanted a return. The was very understanding and only charged him half of the fare that would've normally been. Thank you !! Kind regards Tia

   We used Blueline on a very busy Saturday night. The driver arrived promptly, was very friendly and the cost was very reasonable. When I realised that I'd left my phone on the back seat, I feared the worst, but was incredibly grateful for the actions of the driver who noticed it, reported it and kept it safe. I was able to retrieve it the very next day. I wouldn't hesitate to use Blueline again. I am so very grateful to have my phone returned.

   Have used on various occasions. Lovely drivers always on time. Pricing used to be very good, but has increased quite a bit which is understandable given the current climate. Have a card machine or can pay via the app which is extremely helpful.

   I tried to prebook a taxi at 11.30 for 13.30 and was told to ring back when I wanted it. Two hours later when I did ring at 13.15 was told it be at least 30 minutes wait. Not much use as I had a train to catch. Never look at them again. Supposed to be Harrogate top taxis. Not in my book.

   The booking for Saturday's in the morning is a big problem. I am staff by a hotel that have discount, but maybe need review contract for the Saturday's days. I am very disappointed. Today is the second Saturday that not have taxi for me. Interesting that last Saturday, had a taxi blue line in the stop taxi and the seller spoke for me that no had taxi. Today I tried do a booking one hour before time for pick up, from train station Harrogate, and no have taxi again. Why a business taxis not have service from a central place like train station, on Saturday? Please! I have a excellent service others week days, brilliant drivers and friendly attendants! What is happening on Saturday's?
