Used these for years but dont know what has happened to them lately they haven't got a rush In them. Always LATE and NEVER stick to what they say "on it's way will be 10 mins" 45 mins later it shows up and late picking my son up YET AGAIN. Also got ripped off by one of the drivers...I'm done wont be using them again.
Me and my wife waited 30 mins for a taxi this morning at pinderfields a&e after 12 hour visit to hospital phoned green line said it was ten mins away phoned after ,15 mins said he was 2 mins then phoned after another 10 mins then it arrived there was no traffic on roads as it was 6am and just lies when got in taxi taxi driver was rude and found it uncomfortable used this taxi firm for 5 years but no more they should be called green lies just saying
I ordered a taxi for 21:00 I waited until 21:20 and by taxi you did not arrive at the office said that there is a wrong professional approach to customers on the way
They were prompt and friendly. Got my child home from.school very quickly at very short notice.
I have been using this taxi service for over 4 years. And never see anything wrong with it but today I called and it became more that 10 minutes which is fine due to traffic and lots of reasons I never bothered with it but I had two kids with me including a crying baby and needed to head home as soon as possible. It’s simple this is my right to cancel and if my reason is not logical their right to charge next time mybe which in this case was late arrival and quite logical.I usually call again explain my situation and either wait for the car to coming or cancel it and never none of them seemed bothered about it. It is passenger right I guess as long as it’s politely. The phone person which was answering at 7:15 today used swear word that I can not repeat and I am still shock as I have been nothing but polite and nice and respectful with both drivers and phone answering. Obviously I won’t use them again no respect .
Just been following one of your vehicles, driver was driving at half the speed limit, weaving all over the road when I tried to go around him he proceeded to try and block me then cut me up further down the road. Not exactly a professional standard of driving...
Not Impressed Booked a taxi for ASAP at 11pm they said it would be 10-15 minutes…ended up having to ring 4 times to find out how long it would be 20 minutes after the first call to book it. Finally 45 minutes later the taxi turned up, not using this taxi service again it’s an absolute joke.
If only there was a 0 rating... 8 out of 10 drivers are rude. 7 out of 10 cars are sticky filthy. the driver this morning hasn't even had a meter running, charged me a tenner for a £6-7 journey, probably the near death experience (oncoming vehicle had to abruptly steer out of our way as my driver just turned onto a main road without observation) was charged as extra... not once will I use them again
1 star is too high. I rang up at 7am to book a taxi for 8:20am as I had an appointment for 9am. They showed up at 8:50am so I had to cancel my appointment!!! I rang an hour and 20 minutes in advance and they still can’t show up on time Will never use this taxi service again
