Amazing service from Gobi and Omar, phoned ahead and they quickly confirmed they had good value air beds in stock and reserved one. Parked on nearby Tabor Close for 20 mins (£1.30 on ringgo). Arrived in out of the rain and cold and they kindly offered a cup of tea. Wish every shop had this level of service.
Very personable and helpful sales assistant. We weren't rushed and were given lots of good advice when making our choice of bed and mattress. Would definitely recommend Dreams.
The customer service was excellent. We came into the store and was greeted by Farhan. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. When ordering through the telephone today unfortunately Farhan was unavailable. We dealt with Gobi who again was very helpful and polite and very knowledgeable also. We have a delivery date and look forward to our new mattress. This branch of dreams I would highly recommend.
Very helpful staff ran us through the options we were looking for (from cheapest to most expensive, as well as different firmness and features), plus did a body scan to work out what options were best for us. Appreciated the personal touch!

Visited this store a few days ago & my experience was great! Daniel (the shop assistant) was very pleasant & helpful and even though he was the only person working that day & had other customers to help, he was always there to offer advice. Nice store, great selection of beds & mattresses and great service!
Excellent customer service by Amirah. Friendly, knowledgable and patient. She gave me the information I needed and the time and patience to make my decision. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I bought a tempur bed and pillow set and am looking forward to taking delivery this week.
